4. How can I trust your goods to be of high quality?
Most of our products come with at least 12-month warranty on manufacturing defects (excluding effects of misuse or wear and tear).

5. Do you have a delivery service?

Of course we do! Orders above S$300 come with FREE delivery service.

A delivery charge of S$30 applies for orders under S$300. For more details, kindly refer to CoconutTree’s Terms & Conditions
6. Can I reject the product upon delivery if I'm not satisfied with it?

Yes, you may reject the product if it isn't in a satisfactory condition (damaged, scratched, dented, soiled, different from description etc) upon delivery at NO added cost.
7. Can I exchange the merchandise I don't really like after accepting the goods?

Yes. Exchange is subject to our Terms & Conditions. Kindly refer to exchange policy in CoconutTree’s Terms & Conditions
8. Can I change the item after I place my order online? 

Yes. Please notify us about any changes or cancellations within 72 hours after placing the order by emailing us at For immediate assistance, please call 86863827 during our office hours.

We'll try to deliver according to the changes you have made, but there might be delays depending on the availability of stocks.
9. How long do I have to wait for my items to be delivered after I make the order?

Delivery is usually within 5-15 working days, unless otherwise stated. You will be able to indicate your preferred delivery date and time frame when the order is placed online.

You will receive an order acknowledgment via email, following a order confirmation when the delivery date is confirmed.
10. Will I receive my purchases according to the delivery time I have indicated?

The delivery time frame that you have indicated online is only tentative. We ask for your preferred delivery time frame so that we can arrange and plan the route such that the goods are delivered at your convenience as value-added service.
11. Do you offer a discount if I place a large order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer any additional discount because all of our products are already priced the lowest in the market. Our prices are fixed and transparent.
12. I would like to make a bulk purchase. Will I get a better price?

For bulk purchase of more than 10 similar items, please contact us for a special quotation.
13. Do you have more lights other than these shown on your website?

For the moment these are all the products that we are selling, but we frequently bring in new products. Do check out our website often!
14. What modes of payment do you accept?
We accept payments through PayPal. PayPal lets you send payments quickly, conveniently and securely online using a credit card, debit card or bank account. Funds are transferred immediately and we can ship your item right away instead of waiting for funds to clear.

You also can choose to pay cash/cheque upon delivery.

16. What if the product doesn't fit well in my home after I've bought it?

17. I bought a lighting which turned out to be faulty within a week. What can I do?

If the lighting turns out to be faulty, please inform us at with a brief explanation of the problem including the order invoice number that can be found in the confirmation email sent to you, or simply call us at 86863827, we will arrange for our service team to assess the situation and rectify the faulty lighting. For details, kindly refer to warranty in CoconutTree’s Terms & Conditions  

18. I have bought a lighting, can I still exchange it for another one as I don't think I really like it?

Items can be exchanged, within 14 days after delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, in its original condition with full packaging and warranty intact. Kindly inform us via mail or give us a call at 86863827 so that we can ensure we have available stock for exchange.

Items that are used and not in their original packaging will not qualified for exchange. CoconutTree reserves the right to reject any exchange deemed unfit or unreasonable.

19. Can I choose not to come down personally to exchange the lighting purchased and opt for alternative means of exchange?

Yes, we will be able to arrange transportation for your exchange at a fee of S$30.
